Fishermen’s houses, cafes and architecture unchanged for 50 years... After looking for several years the Bendinat Group found a special corner of the island where such things still exist, and a piece of land just 120 metres from the sea front on which to build their latest project.

Leisure

There is a wide choice of leisure activities in and around Portocolom. From the spectacular views of the Monastery of San Salvador to the beauty of the hidden beaches and coves, there is something for everyone here, throughout the year. Apart from the natural beauty of the area, there are many pretty towns and villages and, in Portocolom itself, several very good restaurants. In Cala d´Or there is a lively night scene and also the Yacht Club and marina.

For those wishing to go boating the coastline is among the best anywhere. Dozens of small coves are within a few minutes walk. Ten minutes away from the resort you can find the stunning Vall d'Or golf course, considered one of the best of the island.
